MONITOR ROOM PROJECT
We design a layout-blueprint for the CUE-magazine and print the first issue without any actual content and sell it so.

Inside the museum there's a room with a monitor, which is connected to a particular domain on the Internet. On this monitor we'll present the raw material for the future content of the magazine: film, photo, text and sound from London, Paris and Berlin for example.
This material will be gathered by correspondents over a time-span of maybe three weeks and sent directly, spending maybe a week in each city...

During this time flyers are distributed in the municipality of the museum, containing the sparse information of time and place - for example: "London. 4-10.6.2001. Museum Xxxxx" and one week later: "Paris. 12-17-6.2001. Museum Xxxxx".

During this time the content of the magazine are shaped at the CUE workshop with the material received. At the museum the visitors will be able to view the source-material for the still "empty" magazine as it arrives. At the end of this time-period or "exhibition", there will be a presentation of the finished magazine.
