We
design a layout-blueprint for the CUE-magazine and print the
first issue without any actual content and sell it so.
Inside the museum there's a room with a monitor, which is
connected to a particular domain on the Internet. On this
monitor we'll present the raw material for the future content
of the magazine: film, photo, text and sound from London,
Paris and Berlin for example.

This
material will be gathered by correspondents over a time-span
of maybe three weeks and sent directly, spending maybe a week
in each city...
During this time flyers are distributed in the municipality
of the museum, containing the sparse information of time and
place - for example: "London. 4-10.6.2001. Museum Xxxxx" and
one week later: "Paris. 12-17-6.2001. Museum Xxxxx".
