The Institute of Contemporary Urban Encounters is an open institution. It is founded on the views and ideas of the CUE Society, based in Switzerland.

The Institute is open to anyone interested in the CUE line of work. CUE is a non-profit institution, carried and maintained by voluntary work and donations.
